§ Mr. James Davidsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will issue a general direction, in the public interest, to the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board to reduce the price of electricity in this area to both domestic and industrial users, to compensate for the higher cost of other fuels and freight charges.
