§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI am consulting the local authority associations on the functions, shape and numbers of the Civil Defence Corps, and consultations with representatives of industry and commerce about the Industrial Civil Defence Service will follow. In the meantime I cannot add to the full statement which I made in the House on 2nd February.
