§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsI am aware of the clinical trial of a vaccine treatment for cancer at the Detroit Institute of Cancer Research. This has been reported upon in a medical journal and opportunity thus provided for the results to be assessed by doctors and other scientific workers in this field. The development of this treatment reflects the growing interest in tumour immunology; a great deal of experimental work on these general lines is already being carried out in this country in the hope that this may have clinical application in due course.
