§ Mr. Evelyn Kingasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what additional recognition he proposes for prison officers who are injured or who show courage beyond the call of duty in the execution of their task.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThere are already a number of ways in which outstanding conduct by prison officers can be recognised. If the hon. Member has a particular further proposal in mind I shall be glad to consider it.
