§ Mr. ThorntonAt 14th February, 1966, the percentage rate for male unemployment in the Greenock and Port Glasgow travel-to-work area was 4.8. It is not possible to answer the second part of the Question without a disproportionate amount of work but the percentage rate for February, 1966 is the lowest since statistics of unemployment in Development Districts were first produced in March, 1960.
