§ Mr. Chichester-Clarkasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations what progress is being made with the study of the economic and trade prospects of individual Commonwealth countries and of their development plans which resulted from the meeting of Commonwealth finance Ministers in September, 1963.
