§ Mr. SwinglerProposals to restrict waiting in certain roads in Bideford have been advertised and my right hon. Friend hopes to announce her decision soon. The Bideford Bridge Trustees have asked consulting engineers to consider the feasibility of widening the carriageway on the bridge.
