§ Mr. Milneasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will order an inquiry under Section 165(b)(iii) of the Companies Act, 1948, into the affairs of Rentavilla (London) Limited, formed to take over part of the business previously undertaken by Rentavilla Limited, which has not given its members all the information with respect to its affairs which they might reasonably expect.
§ Mr. DarlingOn the information at present available to me there do not appear to be grounds for appointing an inspector under section 165(b)(iii) of the Companies Act, 1948, to investigate the affairs of Rentavilla (London) Limited.
