§ Mr. LoughlinResponsibility for dental health education rests primarily with the local authorities. Expenditure in 1965–66 by my Department, which is only one of several sources of material for their use, is expected to be about £3,000 or about one-fifth more than in the financial year 1964–65, and will continue at this higher level during 1966–67.
