§ Sir Knox Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what steps have been taken to implement the terms of the international convention relating to the arrest of seagoing ships signed at Brussels on 10th May, 1952 and ratified by Great Britain and Northern Ireland on 18th March, 1959, in those parts of Her Majesty's Dominions for which he is responsible.
§ Mr. George ThomasI would refer the hon. Member to the replies to his Questions of 22nd, 23rd and 24th February about the application to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man of Part 1 of the Administration of Justice Act, 1956, which gave effect in the United Kingdom to the provisions of this Convention.
