Langford-Holtasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he is aware that adjacent to the Church of England school at Upton Magna, Shropshire, there is a stream of septic water caused by damage to the underground soakaway pipes during the laying of water mains to the village; and whether he will take action with all 360W authorities concerned to terminate this threat to the health of the children.
