§ Mr. Abseasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he is aware that new houses erected by the Cwmbran Development Corporation in the Fairwater district of Cwmbran New Town have been declared as unfit for human habitation by the public health inspector, that hardship 392W and loss have been suffered by the tenants now occupying these houses, and that there is a need for urgent remedial action; and what steps he will take.
§ Mr. James GriffithsSome new houses recently completed by the Development Corporation are suffering from dampness and condensation. The causes have been investigated and the Corporation is already taking remedial action.
