§ Mr. Frederick LeeI am not responsible for authorising the construction of individual gas works. Consent was given for the construction of three new power stations in 1965 and work was started on all of these during the year. Details of the industries' construction programmes are given in the Annual Reports of the Gas Council and the Central Electricity Generating Board.
