§ Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, pending the report of the Highland Transport Board, he will take steps by legislation or otherwise to restrain all increases in freight and passenger charges in the Highlands and Islands area.
§ Mr. RossI shall continue to ensure that any transport charges requiring my approval are kept as low as possible.
