§ Mr. Turtonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that there is uncertainty about the interpretation of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1965 as its provisions affect close companies; and whether he will publish an explanation of this part of this Act.
§ Mr. MacDermotI would refer the right hon. Member to the explanatory booklet "Corporation Tax" (No. 570) recently issued by the Board of Inland Revenue, copies of which are in the Vote Office, as I announced in my Answer of 22nd February.
