§ Mr. SwinglerAdvertising on the bodywork of motor vehicles is no more distracting than by the roadside. The Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1963 already require the driver to have a clear view through all windows of a motor vehicle. Enforcement is a matter for the police.
