§ Mr. John MorrisProper training for learner motorcyclists is most important, and we would like to see more of it. But compulsory training is impracticable without a very considerable expansion of training facilities. A report on how the existing voluntary training schemes could be expanded is being prepared and an announcement will be made about this as soon as possible.
