§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsWe know of only one such settlement. Joint negotiations were in fact concluded in February, 1966, but the settlement was not finalised until 10th June. The agreement, which has been under negotiation for many months, is complex and my right hon. Friend is seeking further information which is necessary before he can estimate the percentage effect.
