§ Mr. MulleyThe research programme employing the Black Knight rocket came to an end with the last firing in November, 1965, but a decision whether to complete development of the Black Arrow satellite launcher has not yet been taken. Work in industry on Black Arrow is continuing and technical progress is satisfactory. The decision on Black Arrow must be related to the wider question of our space programme as a whole.
