§ Q1. Mr. Freesonasked the Prime Minister what action Her Majesty's Government will take to end the transshipment of oil from South Africa to Rhodesia in British Petroleum tankers.
§ The Prime MinisterAny road tankers operated by British Petroleum's subsidiary companies in Rhodesia that have been carrying oil from South Africa will have been acting under instructions and duress 137W from the régime. These activities are not within the control of the parent company in London.
§ Q2. Mr. Freesonasked the Prime Minister whether Her Majesty's Government will call a constitutional conference on the future of Rhodesia.
