§ 95. Mr. Cleggasked the Attorney-General whether, in view of damage inflicted by children under the age of 10 years, he will introduce legislation to make the parents of children under the age of criminal responsibility respon 136W sible in damages, if necessary by instalments, for damage done by their children.
