§ Mr. TaverneI understand that the hon. Lady has in mind the provisions under which time in custody as an appellant may, in certain circumstances, not count towards sentence. I would refer her to the Answer I gave on 20th May to a Question by the hon. Member for Coventry, South (Mr. William Wilson).
