§ Mr. Merlyn ReesReports of unidentified flying objects are received by my Department from both Service and civilian sources and are investigated. Between 1959 and 1965 351 reports were received. I regret that earlier figures are not available.

§ Mr. Merlyn ReesReports are examined at their face value in the light of their possible air defence implications, and we do not carry our study beyond this point. No defence implications have been found.
