§ Mr. RossThe total number oi staff employed by the Commission in Scotland is about 4,600. Less than 50 are employed part-time and about 3,000 are skilled industrial workers. By 1970 the total is expected to increase to about 4,800, including 3,600 skilled industrial workers.
