§ Mr. WilleyIn the year ended 31st May, 1966, there was a considerable increase in the number of applications, 113 351W such applications were received, 12 of which were withdrawn. 53 Orders of Apportionment were made. In the remaining 48 cases the procedures, which involve enquiries of the other property owners affected, have not yet been completed.
