§ 80. Mr. Hiltonasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that trade associations which have recommended their members not to give trading stamps with goods and services have been required to register these recommendations as agreements under the provisions 312W of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1956; and whether he will amend the law so as to enable trade associations to discourage the practice of stamp trading.
