§ Dr. BrayEach Area Electricity Board increased charges to commercial consumers once between April, 1964 and July, 1965, and previous Ministers were informed in advance of the Boards' intentions. The average increases to commercial consumers as a class were estimated at between 5 and 13 per cent., varying from Board to Board. There is no tariff applicable solely to small shops.
