§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsThe arrangements for repayments will be similar to those outlined in paragraph 23 of the White Paper on the selective employment tax (Cmnd. 2986). Our Department will be discussing the detailed arrangements with the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland. As regards the last part of the Question, I cannot add to the Answer given by my right hon. Friend the Chief Secretary to the Treasury to the hon. Member for North Angus and Mearns (Mr. Buchanan-Smith) on 9th May, 1966.
