§ 79. Mr. Michael Shawasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will give an assurance that a vessel of the Fishery Protection Service will be in constant attendance with the herring fishing fleet during the whole of the fleet's operations along the North-East Coast.
