§ Mr. Harry Howarthasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will take steps to rectify the anomaly in the rate rebate scheme whereby a person receiving interest income once yearly is not eligible for a rebate during the half year he receives his interest income, despite the fact that his total income for a full year would normally qualify for a rebate.
