§ Mr. MulleyUnder the existing licensing legislation any British airline is entitled to apply to the Air Transport Licensing Board for such a licence. All such applications are considered on their merits, in the light of the factors set out in Section 2 of the Civil Aviation (Licensing) Act, 1960.
