HC Deb 29 July 1966 vol 732 cc363-4W
Mr. Dempsey

asked the Attorney-General what action he proposes taking against those responsible for the circulation of the book sent to him by the hon. Member for Coatbridge and Airdrie, in view of its depraved and corrupt character; and if he will make a statement.

The Attorney-General

I have referred this book to the Director of Public Prosecutions, who is considering whether criminal proceedings should be instituted.
