§ 70. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the President of the Board of Trade what representations he has made, and plans to make, to the shipping committee of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development now sitting in Geneva, with a view to increasing trade between Great Britain and the European and other countries represented at that conference.
