§ Mr. GunterOn the first part of the question, and also regarding the names of chairmen, I would refer to my hon. Friends two recent replies to the hon. Member for Petersfield (Miss Quennell) (HANSARD, 19th July, 1966, c. 59–60). The chairmen and members are appointed to separate panels, one for England and Wales and one for Scotland, and may be called upon to sit at any locations determined by the Presidents of the Tribunals. As far as possible they are asked to serve at the centres nearest to their homes.
Up to the present the following locations have been used:—
