§ Mr. CroslandI am sending my hon. Friend a copy of my Department's Administrative Memorandum No. 8/66 which sets out these arrangements; the scheme will operate from 3rd August to the end of September.
I should like to take this opportunity of paying tribute to the important 313W pioneering work done in this field by the Advisory Centre for Education in recent years.
