§ Mr. Freeson(1) asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many deportees under the Commonwealth Immigrants Act since January 1965 were convicted of simple larceny; and what was the equivalent number for the preceding 18 months;
(2) how many deportees under the Commonwealth Immigrants Act since January 1965 had not been sentenced to imprisonment though convicted of an 315W offence punishable by imprisonment; and what was the equivalent number for the preceding 18 months;
(3) how many deportees under the Commonwealth Immigrants Act since January 1965 had been conditionally discharged by the courts; and what was the equivalent number for the preceding 18 months;
(4) how many deportees under the Commonwealth Immigrants Act since January 1965 were first offenders; and what was the equivalent number for the preceding 18 months;
(5) how many deportees under the Commonwealth Immigrants Act since January 1965 had dependants resident in the United Kingdom; and what was the equivalent number for the preceding 18 months;
(6) if he will tabulate the length of residence in the United Kingdom of deportees under the Commonwealth Immigrants Act since January 1965; and what were the equivalent figures for the preceding 18 months.
