asked the Postmaster-General what is the number of persons on waiting lists for domestic telephone installations in Belfast; and what is the approximate period of delay between application and installation.

At 30th June, 1966, 453 applications for residential telephones in Belfast were in course of being met: there was no waiting list. The average period between application and installation is two weeks.
