Dr. Bennett

asked the Minister of Transport how many lane-mile-days of unserviceability there have been on the MI since its beginning; what proportion of these has been on the black-top, and what on the concrete sections; and what proportion the total unserviceability bears to the total of lane-mile-days serviceable in each material.
