§ Mr. Whitakerasked the Lord President of the Council what further proposals he will make to increase research facilities for Members of Parliament to fulfil the promise made by Her Majesty's Government, in view of the fact that the recent proposals of the Select Committee on Services were designed only to prevent a breakdown in existing standards.
