asked the Minister of Technology whether he will issue a report on contact stabilisation treatment of sewerage and the appropriate plants.

This is really not necessary. Information on the elements of this process, which is a variant of the widely used activated sludge process, has been published, and plants incorporating the contact stabilisation process are commercially available.
