Hillasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what will be the procedure by which educational establishments will be certified by him as charities for the purposes of Section 5of the Selective Employment Payments Bill; when it will be operative; and by what means this information will be conveyed to the charities concerned.
§ Mr. CroslandThe details of the procedure are still under consideration. It will become operative, and a Press notice explaining it will be issued, as soon as possible after the Bill becomes law.
