§ Mr. MacDermotThe Government have decided to ask Her Majesty The Queen to declare by Royal Proclamation under the Bank Holidays Act, 1871, and other Acts, that Tuesday, 27th December, shall be a Bank and public holiday in England and Wales and in Northern Ireland.
