Leverasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance what steps she proposes to take upon the creation of the new Ministry of Social Security to ensure the maintenance of accepted preferences and priorities of war disability pensioners and war widows; and if she will give an assurance that the War Pensioners Welfare Service will be effectively maintained.
