72. Mr. Tilney

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he will publish in HANSARD the letters from his Department to the Director of Education of Liverpool dated 1st April, 1966, and 3rd May, 1966, which by the ruling of the chairman of the Liverpool Education Authority were withheld from the education committee and the working party specifically appointed to consider the reorganisation of secondary education in Liverpool.
