asked the Minister of Health how many times his Advisory Committee on the health and welfare of handicapped persons has met during 1966; and what subjects it has discussed.

So far this year the Committee has had one meeting, at which it discussed the car badge scheme for severely disabled drivers, welfare services for the blind and welfare services for the deaf.
