§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsThe percentage rates given in the Table were based on data from the 1961 Census of Population. Corresponding figures for April, 1966, will be obtainable from the results of the recent sample Census.

These express the mid-year estimates of employees (including registered unemployed) as percentages of the estimated home population aged 15 and over and so are not directly comparable with Census-based activity rates.
