Mr. Galbraith

asked the Minister of Transport what savings in enforcement of parking meter schemes she estimates would result from allowing unlimited meter feeding whilst adjusting meter charges so as to reduce demand for parking meter space to an average of 85 per cent. of meter spaces at peak times.
