§ Mr. Winnickasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance if she will take steps to change the present arrangements for the insurance contributions paid by students either while undertaking their courses or when they commence full-time employment.
§ Mr. PentlandMy right hon. Friend is not contemplating any change in the provision for students under the National Insurance Scheme, but if my hon. Friend has in mind some modification of the method by which contributions may be paid perhaps he would write to me.
