asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what decision he has reached on the request of the hon. Member for Ashford for an inquiry into the circumstances in which supplies of milk have been withheld by wholesalers from Mr. A. T. Burch of Ashford Farm Dairy.

My right hon. Friend has explained to the right hon. Gentleman in correspondence that this is a private difference where the Ministry has no standing. If Mr. Burch has evidence of a restrictive arrangement affecting him, he should inform the Registrar of Restrictive Practices.
