asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what estimate he has made of the cost of the seamen's strike to the Scottish Islands ; and what proposals he has to make it good.

I would refer the right hon. population of the area by 20,000 over Gentleman to the Answer given to the next ten years, which in turn will hon. Member for Glasgow, Cathcart (Mr. enable us to expand the range of (Edward M. Taylor) on 18th July.
